Terms & Conditions Casiny Casino

Conditions at Casiny casino cover eligibility, verification, the cashier, the welcome package, responsible gambling, the licence and complaints, in a plain-language summary for adults aged 18 and over. Informational in purpose, the summary does not replace the operator's own terms, which remain the binding reference for Casiny casino under its Curaçao eGaming licence.

Eligibility and Account

Access is open to adults aged 18 and over. One account is held per player, and the details entered at registration, namely legal name, birth date, nationality, residence country, e-mail address and password, are expected to match the identity documents submitted later.

The e-mail address serves as the username, and a six-digit confirmation code sent to it activates the account for deposits. Accounts run in AUD, with USD and BTC also listed among the currencies.

Verification Requirements

A Know Your Customer check applies before the first withdrawal. Identity is confirmed with an Australian passport, driver's licence or Medicare card, and address is confirmed with a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months. Files are reviewed within 24 hours on business days.

Verification also confirms the legal age of 18 or over. A player who completes the check early generally meets no further requests on later withdrawals through consistent payment methods.

Cashier Conditions

The cashier of the Casiny online casino accepts Visa, Mastercard, POLi, Neosurf, Bitcoin, Skrill, Neteller and bank wire, and deposits start at A$10. Processing costs charged by a bank or wallet provider depend on that provider.

Several conditions of the cashier are fixed figures.

• Minimum deposit: A$10 on every method.
• Weekly withdrawal ceiling: A$10,000 for standard accounts, with higher limits at the upper VIP tiers.
• Payout windows: within 24 hours for e-wallets and crypto, one to three business days for cards and up to five for bank wire.

Withdrawals are matched to the method used for deposits as a safeguard against fraudulent activity.

Bonus Terms

The welcome package at Casiny casino is structured as a multi-deposit offer worth up to A$5,000 plus 200 free spins. Bonus funds carry a 30x wagering requirement, so a bonus of A$100 needs A$3,000 in qualifying wagers before it converts to withdrawable balance.

The offer has to be selected during the deposit step, because retroactive activation is not available once the funds have settled. KYC approval must be complete before the offer becomes available. Winnings from free spins may carry a separate multiplier, shown in the bonus conditions section of the account.

Responsible Gambling Terms

Limits on deposits (daily, weekly or monthly), cooling-off periods from 24 hours to 30 days and self-exclusion from 30 days to permanent are set in the account settings without a support request. Access is restricted to adults aged 18 and over.

Licence and Governing Framework

Casiny casino works under a Curaçao eGaming licence, an offshore framework, and the platform is run by Neptune Projects S.R.L. Random Number Generator certification covers all non-live games, and pages that handle payments use 128-bit SSL encryption.

Complaints and Disputes

A complaint at the Casiny online casino begins with the support team through live chat, e-mail or the phone line, which is staffed from 9 am to 5 pm AEST. Replies by e-mail usually arrive within 24 hours, and cases that involve documents or a disputed transaction can take up to 48 hours.

Terms in Summary

The conditions come down to an 18+ age limit, one verified account per player, a A$10 minimum deposit, a 30x wagering requirement and a A$10,000 weekly withdrawal ceiling. Exact clauses are set by the Casiny Casino operator's own terms.
